The actress, 38 and husband Dave Bugliari, 32, are expecting their first child together, Milano's rep told:"They're just over the moon," a friend of the "Who's The Boss" star told the mag. "They are so excited."
Milano also took to Twitter on Tuesday to confirm the happy news.
"Yes, it's true. And we couldn't be happier," she wrote. "Thank you for your warm wishes and love!"
Milano and Bugliari, an agent at the Creative Artists Agency, exchanged vows in August 2009 at his family's estate in New Jersey after three years of dating.
